New Features in Zoner Barcode Studio 2

Zoner Barcode Studio 2 has many new and useful functions not found in its predecessor. These are mainly added functions for working with multiple codes and importing from databases.

Overview of the New Features:

Postnet Code Support

Based on comments from users of the previous version, the ability to generate Postnet Codes precisely according to their specification was added.

Numeric Sequence Generator

With the help of the new numeric generator, you can generate barcodes for your whole production line or serial numbers for your products all at once.

Multiple Barcode Printing

Barcodes in groups or numerical order can be printed at once using one command, and you can place them precisely on the printed page.

Multiple Barcode Export

For saving pages with multiple bar codes for later use, the ability to export a series of bar codes was added. Objects can be placed precisely on the page, just as with multiple bar code printing.

Database Support

An already existing list of codes assigned to products can be downloaded from a database of your choice with accessible ODBC drivers. Further information can be added to the data brought in during import, thus a simple row of numbers can be transferred directly to the target barcodes.

XML Support

The data contained in Barcode Studio files can be imported and exported using XML, a universal format for exchanging data. Therefore, program data can be automatically processed. XML support can also be used to import from a data source of your choice, even if it is not compatible with the Database Support function.

Many Minor Improvements

Zoner Barcode Studio was fine-tuned in collaboration with the organization EAN International to make its export and printing comply with the strictest of criteria. A lot of attention was paid to improving the user environment.
