What information does Zoner request from me when? How does it use that information?

Whenever you download a Zoner program, you can optionally provide your e-mail and various other relevant information. Whenever you register a Zoner program with free registration, you must provide a valid e-mail address so that you can receive your registration number. Unless the "agree to be on the Zoner mailing list" checkbox is checked during these actions, any e-mail you provide is used for internal purposes (statistics) only. If you agree to be on the mailing list, you will receive mailings regarding discounts and new Zoner products. Whenever you purchase a Zoner program, you are asked for information needed to process your order, and you are added to the Zoner mailing list automatically. Zoner does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. We may, however, be required by law to disclose certain information to authorities on their request. Until spring of 2005, Zoner's policy was to always automatically add all people providing a valid e-mail address to their mailing list. If you were added this way, added due to a purchase, or you joined voluntarily under the new policy but have changed your mind, you can unsubscribe from the mailing list.

When you send us your personal info, this information transfer is secured using SSL. Zoner has a Thawte SSL certificate.

By using our site, you agree to this Policy. This is our entire and exclusive Privacy Policy and it supersedes any earlier version. We may change it by posting a new version on our site.

Georgia law governs this Policy, excluding conflicts of law principles. Any provision of this Policy that is illegal or unenforceable shall be deemed automatically conformed to the minimum requirements of law. Any legal actions against us must be commenced in Georgia within one year after the claim arose, or be barred.
